Nova Physical Therapy & Wellness is an out-of-network provider. This allows us to provide one-on-one sessions and fully personalized care without the restrictions often placed by insurance companies (time/visit limits, specific interventions etc). We can provide a superbill that can be submitted to the patient’s insurance for possible reimbursement.

Initial Evaluations: 60 minutes
Follow-Up Treatment Visits: 45 - 50 minutes

Texas law allows you to undergo a physical therapy evaluation and receive treatment for up to 30 days without a referral. A referral after 30 days will be needed and it will be the patient’s responsibility to bring a a signed physical copy or to contact the referring provider to fax the referral to 866-728-0801. Wellness services do not require a referral.
